It originates from ancient China, where it was produced as early as 3600 BC. For over 2000 years, China guarded the secret of silk and exported it via the Silk Road. France learned the secret of its production only in the 13th century, and others not until the 17th century. Discover and fall in love with natural silk.
Unique Origin
Silk is a type of animal fiber used to produce a fabric of the same name. It is obtained from the cocoons of mulberry silkworms (domesticated) or oak silkworms (wild). The fibers of mulberry silkworms are finer and glossier, which is why they are preferred for textile production. The fibers are extracted from cocoons soaked in water, and then made into silk fabrics. One cocoon contains as much as 1.6 km of silk thread.

Real Silk Worth Its Price
Silk is indeed invaluable. If you can't afford silk clothing or whole bedding sets, at least have silk pillowcases. It's a true luxury—every night, such a pillowcase takes care of your skin and hair. Silk minimizes friction, preventing hair breakage and protecting the skin from irritations. Its unique structure does not absorb skincare products as much as other fabrics do, ensuring your nighttime skincare stays on your face, not on the pillowcase.
Our pillowcases are made from true satin silk with a weight of 19 momme, which we import from the city of silk: Hangzhou in China. We join thousands of customers worldwide, including Coca-Cola, Air France, Google, Das Auto, Toyota, who appreciate the highest quality material and attention to product detail.
Safe, Friendly, Environmentally Friendly
Silk from Hangzhou is more than just a piece of fabric. It's the most exquisite work of art crafted there. It's Grade A silk, which can be unraveled without breaking the silk thread. When stretched, a single silk thread can be as long as a mile. You spend half your life in bed, so it's worth feeling comfortable.
Our silk meets all European standards and those of other major independent research agencies. Both the silk and the dyes used are completely non-toxic, environmentally friendly, harmless to skin and health, and safe for children.
