Silicone ball - what you should know.

Innovative Filling – Comfort and Hygiene
The silicone ball, also known as artificial down, is a versatile and comfortable filling material. Its unique properties provide exceptional softness, resilience, and durability. The ball has characteristics similar to natural down, ensuring comfort and proper support for the head and cervical spine. Importantly, microorganisms such as dust mites do not develop in silicone fiber, making it ideal for allergy sufferers.
The beads are made from selected polyester fibers, coated with silicone, and mechanically twisted. This ensures optimal buoyancy and resilience. The channels within the silicone fibers reduce the weight of the product and allow for adequate air circulation and optimal moisture levels.
Check the Quality Certificate
Soft silicone balls are hypoallergenic, do not clump, do not deform, and maintain their shape for a long time, even after repeated washing. It is important for the ball to have an OEKO-TEX® certificate, issued by the International Association for Research and Testing in the Field of Textile and Leather Ecology.
The Oeko-Tex Association issues the appropriate certificate based on conducted tests, which is placed by manufacturers on the label of the product. Labels certified with the Oeko-Tex mark are intended to confirm the safety of the product for humans and the environment, its cleanliness at all stages of production (from raw materials such as fibers, yarns, buttons, threads, fabrics to the testing of finished products ready for use).
Silicone Ball in Pillows
In our pillows, we use the highest quality silicone ball produced by a Polish company, which holds the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certificate. The filling production takes place using the latest technology and a modern production line. The ball is made from HCS7/32mm fibers of exclusively primary origin, without any recycled fibers, making our product always snow-white and resistant to deformation during use.
During the production process, the 32mm polyester silicone fibers are twisted into individual beads, resulting in a loosely arranged filling in the pillow, providing perfectly tailored support for the head during sleep.
How to Care for Silicone Ball
Washing: It can be machine washed at temperatures up to 60°C using gentle detergents.
Drying: After washing, dry the pillow in a tumble dryer on low heat or flat in a well-ventilated area.
Shaping: After drying, gently fluff the pillow to evenly distribute the filling.
Storage: Store in a dry place to avoid moisture, which could damage the structure of the silicone ball.
